PYEX-EP-TB Ex-Proof Aluminium GRP Junction Box
PYEX-EP-TB is an Ex certified GRP (glass reinforced plastic) enclosure designed and manufactured to meet all technical requirements from international IEC standards relevant to industrial electrical installation in both hazardous and non-hazardous locations such as petrochemistry, gas, pharmaceutical, reusable energy, ship-building, off-shore plants, semi-conductor, display and battery industries.
It is made of glass reinforced plastic material to withstand 7Joule impact force and Xenon arc test ( ASTM G155 ). It shows an excellent resistance to various chemical and harsh weather conditions. The silicone rubber lid gasket seals the enclosure to meet IP66 ingress protection. It has sufficient internal space 820cm (-12 model) to 1,450 cm3 (-16 model) for the convenience of electrical wiring and termination in the field.
